Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details on email and SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping is free for orders above ₹2,999. For COD or remote locations, additional charges may apply.

Sarees are carefully packed in fabric-safe packaging to preserve the weave and zari work during transit.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re‑shipping charges may be applicable.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your full card details.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unused sarees in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. The saree must be unworn with tags intact.

Each handwoven piece may have slight variations in weave and shade, which is a natural characteristic of artisanal craft and not a defect.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
